Finding the Clinic
DIVINE SKIN SCIENCE is located at Park Medical Clinic, 14 Devonshire Row, 1th Floor, Room 3, London EC2M 4RH, set within the beautiful Devonshire Square a charming and tranquil courtyard in the heart of the City. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and guided to the client waiting area.
Arrival
All consultation forms and documentation are completed online prior to your appointment. If you arrive early, there is a comfortable waiting area within the clinic, as well as plenty of wonderful coffee shops around beautiful Devonshire Square where you may relax before your appointment. Late arrival may impact your treatment time or require rescheduling.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be arranged in person, online, by phone, or via email.
To respect the time of all clients, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a £50 fee. Repeated short-notice changes may result in the loss of a prepaid session or booking.
Medical Information
Your safety and results are my priority. Please share any relevant medical conditions or medications at the time of booking. A consultation form must be completed prior to treatment. In certain cases, medical clearance from your GP may be required.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, please advise at the time of booking so your experience can be tailored appropriately. In line with best practice, treatments are not performed during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Gift Vouchers
Elegant gift vouchers are available both in-clinic and online. They are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or products.
Returns
Products purchased from DIVINE SKIN SCIENCE may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
